Usage & Care Notes:
Carry your Calm Buddi Turtle in your pocket, attach it to your keyring, or keep it at your desk for a mindful moment whenever needed. To care for your turtle, simply wipe with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive surfaces to maintain its texture and finish.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-7 days of refund being approved however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
If you need to return an item, simply email us admin@sensoryzone.co.nz and we will assist you with the return process.
Dispatching and Tracking Information:
We aim to dispatched items within 12-24 hours of order being received (excluding weekends and public holidays, in the event we cannot supply an item, or we need to contact you regarding your order this will be done by email, please keep an eye on spam folder also.
All items come with a tracking number this will be provided after we have fulfilled the order and a link will be sent via email.
