Usage & Care Notes:
Squishy toys are soft and stretchy, designed for gentle squeezing and tactile play. They're durable but not indestructible - how long they last depends on use. Squeeze gently, avoid rough handling, twisting, biting, or contact with sharp objects. Keep away from children who may swallow or ingest parts.
Replacement:
We only replace squishies that are faulty on arrival. Normal wear, tear, or discolouration isn’t covered.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-7 days of refund being approved however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
If you need to return an item, simply email us admin@sensoryzone.co.nz and we will assist you with the return process.
Dispatching and Tracking Information:
We aim to dispatched items within 12-24 hours of order being received (excluding weekends and public holidays, in the event we cannot supply an item, or we need to contact you regarding your order this will be done by email, please keep an eye on spam folder also.
All items come with a tracking number this will be provided after we have fulfilled the order and a link will be sent via email.
