Cool Pickles to bring comfort on warm nights, ease bumps and bruises, and enjoy the gentle, relaxing lavender scent.

Heating Instructions:
▪️ 500–750W microwave: heat for up to 60 seconds
▪️ 800–1000W microwave: heat for up to 30 seconds
(Do not overheat. Always check temperature before use.)

Cooling Instructions:
▪️ Place on a clean surface or in a sealed bag in the fridge or freezer for several hours before use

Usage & Care Notes:
Pickles is a special therapeutic toy designed for gentle, loving care. Spot clean only - do not machine wash or tumble dry. Avoid rough play to preserve his softness and safety. With proper care, Pickles will be a long-lasting source of calm, comfort, and emotional security.

Shipping & Return

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4-7 days of refund being approved however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)

If you need to return an item, simply email us admin@sensoryzone.co.nz and we will assist you with the return process.

Dispatching and Tracking Information:

We aim to dispatched items within 12-24 hours of order being received (excluding weekends and public holidays, in the event we cannot supply an item, or we need to contact you regarding your order this will be done by email, please keep an eye on spam folder also.

All items come with a tracking number this will be provided after we have fulfilled the order and a link will be sent via email.
