How long yours lasts depends on how it’s used - some might only make it through a short play session, while others can last weeks or even years with gentle care.
To help your squishy last longer, treat it with care. Avoid squeezing too roughly or pressing it against sharp objects like nails or teeth. Even everyday things - such as dirt, lint, or hand sanitiser can affect the material, making it look cloudy. This is a normal part of use and not a fault in the product.
We only replace squishy products if they are faulty right out of the packaging. Normal wear and tear, discolouration or damage caused by use, is not covered under our replacement policy.
