To help your squishy last longer, treat it with care. Avoid squeezing too roughly or pressing it against sharp objects like nails or teeth. Even everyday things - such as dirt, lint, or hand sanitiser can affect the material, making it look cloudy. This is a normal part of use and not a fault in the product.
We only replace squishy products if they are faulty right out of the packaging. Normal wear and tear, discolouration or damage caused by use, is not covered under our replacement policy.
